a. All orders placed through The Hot Company are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

b. Order processing includes verification of payment, order packaging, and handover to our shipping carriers.

a. We currently ship to addresses within US & Canada, UK, Australia, and additional European and International destinations. Unavailable destinations will be clearly assessed at checkout. If your location is not listed or available, please contact us for alternative shipping options.

5. Tracking Your Order
